On 11 May 2011, the Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company Limited acquired all the shares in TOWER Australia Limited that it did not already own, by way of a Scheme of Arrangement. TOWER Australia Limited ceased to be listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 12 May 2011.
