Our position in the community begins with our own core social purpose: to provide people with dignity and choice in times of illness, injury or bereavement.
We’re actively involved in awareness and education initiatives that promote understanding of the importance of life insurance for personal security and wellbeing – for example through Lifewise, the peak organisation focused on addressing the serious issue of underinsurance in Australia.
More widely, we contribute to and are involved in a variety of causes that are aligned with our core purpose, and look for long term partnerships with community organisations – and the opportunity for our people to be personally involved.
We encourage community involvement among our people by providing access to paid community leave and organising and encouraging team community support activities.
