TAL partners with advisers, super funds and directly with customers to provide Australians with insurance products to meet their needs. Our sales teams are experts in retail, direct, comparison and advice, all supported by centralised marketing and operations functions.
We aim to ensure that every interaction customers have with our industry is a positive and informed one. That’s why we’re proud to take a leading role in life insurance education for financial advisers and our superannuation fund partners.
Our industry-leading TAL Risk Academy provides education for financial advisers across Australia. While most courses are available free of charge, we do charge a small fee for our face-to-face masterclass workshops. The fee encourages attendance on the day, and is fully donated to our charity partner, Australian Business Council Networks (ABCN). Through this contribution we’re able to help improve educational and career outcomes for youth overcoming disadvantage.
Building on the success of TAL Risk Academy, in 2017 we launched the TAL Insurance Academy, to support our superfund partners by boosting the knowledge and understanding of insurance among their people.
TAL offers its' employees an incredible variety of challenging and interesting roles. Our corporate culture empowers us to explore different and more efficient ways of executing our tasks.
