We understand that difficult times and Global events can impact your life in a number of ways. TAL can help you with a dedicated phone-based service available to all TAL customers and their immediate family members who might need support with their emotional and mental health.

What wellbeing support can TAL provide?

As a TAL customer, you have access to free, confidential wellbeing support through Assure, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Whether you’re feeling stressed, facing personal or work challenges, managing financial pressures, or simply want guidance to support your wellbeing, experienced professionals are ready to help.

You can access the following services via phone:

  • up to 4 x 1-hour solutions-focused counselling sessions
  • 1 session of financial coaching
  • 1 session of nutrition coaching

This is available for TAL customers and their eligible family members, translators are available for you or your family if needed.
