When can I ask for help?

Our team is trained and equipped to support customers in need of extra help and support. We'll always do our best to prioritise customers who need more assistance. Asking for help isn't easy. However, we encourage you or your representative to inform us of any extra care you may need.

In difficult times, things can become a lot more complex. We can help you with holistic coaching to support you and your wellbeing.

TAL has a financial hardship policy for all of our customers. If you are experiencing financial difficulty, or worried about premium payments, we may be able to help with options so you can keep your protection in place
