Delivering on our promise to pay valid claims promptly and support our customers’ return to health is the most important thing we do.
From 1 January to 31 December 2018, we paid almost $1.62 billion in claims to more than 26,000 Australians and their families, providing significant help when they need us most. That’s equivalent to around $31 million per week.
